To All Visitors of This Website,
My name is Jordan, and I am the father of an 11-year-old daughter. For many years, I have endured repeated attempts to damage my personal and professional reputation, primarily instigated as part of a custody battle. These efforts have included false allegations and distorted narratives intended to misrepresent my businesses, philanthropic work, and character. The things written online about me are false.
To defend myself and protect our daughter, I have been forced to spend substantial legal fees over the course of her life. This has involved two extended custody trials, and responding to three appeals and bankruptcy proceedings, and multiple findings concerning the false statements made about me and the lack of credibility behind them. Much of the negative material that appears online about me stems directly from accusations made against me in that context.
Most recently, these falsehoods caused our daughter the painful loss of a close friendship after a parent encountered misleading online posts. To shield her from further harm and to provide transparency, I have chosen to share the relevant unsealed court orders on this website. These official documents are publicly available and offer a fuller context and identification of the true source of the misinformation being circulated.
I encourage anyone seeking the truth to review these court orders in sequence, beginning with #1. They speak for themselves. These official records reflect findings of courts after evidence was presented and are not my words. While I am not a perfect person, I am not the person being portrayed in the online hit pieces created about me.
Thank you for taking the time to review this information with an open mind.
Sincerely,
Jordan
